How do I use the OPKs and BBT? I get it, but I don't get it. ?
It can be taken either way, depending on the situation. I used both! But my BBT didn't rise until Saturday 4/8, so fertility friend has ovulation day being Friday 4/7. I didn't get a positive OPK until 3pm on day 11 and peak on day 12 but BBT is saying I ovulated on day 11.
