As you can see, there are so many other jobs you can do with a BSN besides nursing. And application wise; they get hundreds, possibly thousands of applicants. Not necessarily! Consider outpatient infusion nursing. It's not complicated. take this I tried to apply to different positions at my hospital but just wasn't getting anywhere so I left and became a school nurse for an elementary school. Loving it.
